Our custom home building process is unlike anything you have experienced before. We are a full-service boutique custom home builder specializing in acreage and commercial construction in and around the Grande Prairie region. This means that we handle everything from the initial drafting of your plans and budget, to ensuring your lawn is freshly mowed for the first time upon possession.

DESIGN
Every great build starts on the drawing board, and this is where we invest the most time with you. Bring us an idea — a rough sketch, a plan you already love, or just a list of needs — and we'll translate it into something real using professional 3D architectural software and walkthroughs, so you can experience your space long before the first material is ever ordered. Our in-house designers share their screens and sit down with you to choose everything from cabinetry to lighting, while we quietly handle the engineering, energy modelling, permitting, and financing coordination in the background. By the time this phase is done, you'll hold an accurate design, a locked-in budget, and a contract you can take to your bank, broker, or board — with none of the costly surprises that show up when the numbers were only ever a rough guess.
DEVELOP
Once the plan is set, we bring it out of the ground — and because we own our equipment and manage the entire site ourselves, there's rarely a subcontractor gap to stall your project. From clearing and grading to roads, water wells, septic, and utilities, we handle the raw work that turns bare land into a build site, then assemble your home or facility using whichever system fits best: ICF, timber frame, pole frame, conventional wood frame, or pre-engineered steel. Decades of building through Peace Country winters mean we don't stop when the temperature drops; on-site boiler systems keep your investment protected year-round. Through all of it, your schedule, specifications, and any change orders live in your online portal, so you always know exactly what's happening, what it costs, and why.
DWELL
The keys are just the beginning. On possession day we walk you through every system in your finished space and hand it over ready to be lived in — right down to a freshly mowed lawn. But the relationship doesn't end at the door. Every client gets access to our online warranty and service platform, where you can log an item, attach a photo, and sign off once it's resolved to your satisfaction — no chasing, no guesswork. Long after the final invoice, we're still here for maintenance, repairs, and the occasional question, because the greatest compliment we can earn is a client who sends us to their family and friends. This is the part we build everything else for: the moment a space stops being a project and simply becomes home.
