Blackrock Homes and Commercial is a partnership between the Drysdale and the Dueck families. We specialize in design and turn-key custom acreage and commercial construction. We have been creating superior spaces in Alberta since 2007. Our understanding and implementation of technology, unrivalled design, quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care are the foundations on which we have built our reputation as a reliable, successful builder. With over 50 years of combined experience, the team at Blackrock has developed a name you can trust through hard work and integrity.

Experience

Blackrock Homes and Commercial is well prepared to design and build your dream space.  Decades of construction experience in the northern climate have provided us with the knowledge and resources to build throughout our harsh winter environment.  Remote boiler systems and various other heating technologies are used on-site to ensure that your investment is well protected during a winter build.  We bring with us our preferred partners list that only includes the most skilled and ethical trades and suppliers, some of which have been working with our families for over 30 years.

We offer turn-key solutions to acreage and commercial development in addition to the just the assembly stage itself. Moving trees via tree spade prior to construction, site clearing, road building, water well drilling and septic installations are just a few of the services we provide. See our Services tab above.

We also have a strict quality control system in place that is accessible through our online project management platform.

At Blackrock Homes and Commercial, we are constantly striving to ensure the satisfaction of our clients, both during and after the construction process.  As our client, you will have direct online access to our warranty and service system.  This allows you to enter service items, attach photos and sign off that your item has been completed to your satisfaction.
